To be successful for this role you will possess
* Current WA Driver's Licence
* Proven history in obtaining and closing real estate transactions
* Excellent communication skills and an exceptional work ethic
* Drive, determination, and an ability to meet and exceed individual and team KPI's
* High organisational skills and able to work under pressure
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to set goals and a desire to exceed income expectations
