Role Overview
We're looking for a
Lumion 3D Visualiser
who can blend
architectural realism
with
cinematic storytelling
to create short real-estate promotional videos. You'll use
Google Map data and 3D models
to craft visually compelling site presentations that highlight location, design, and investment appeal.
Key Responsibilities
Create
cinematic 3D fly-throughs and promo videos
using
Lumion
Integrate
Google Map / terrain data
with provided 3D models
Apply realistic
lighting, textures, and camera motion
for emotional impact
Collaborate with the marketing team to capture the property's story and key value points
Deliver high-quality ****p/4K videos optimised for social and web use
What We're Looking For
Proven
expertise in Lumion 3D
(portfolio/showreel required)
Strong sense of
visual storytelling, pacing, and camera work
Experience with
architectural or real-estate visuals
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Familiarity with
Google Map or terrain integration
