Job Description
Recruitment Innovations Pty Ltd are currently seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Concreters to join our team in Seymour VIC. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possesses the following responsibilities:
* Ability to prepare site and lay steel reinforcement and erect concrete form works.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
* Mixing, pouring and finishing concrete slabs, pathways and paving to specifications.
* Smoothing and levelling concrete surfaces using trowels and other tools.
* Operating hand and power tools relevant to the work being conducted.
* Monitoring the curing process and implementing protective measures.
* Dismantling and clearing the site once the work is complete.
* Show quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Skills and Attributes
* Certificate III in Concreting or at least 3 years proven experience as a Concreter, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
* Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform physically demanding work.
* Problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically to find the best solutions.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
