Project Manager Role

A seasoned project manager with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial/retail spaces is sought to oversee the lifecycle of new build construction projects from initial design to final handover. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-friendly delivery to client standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

1. Leading and managing new build retail construction projects.
\
2. Developing and executing project plans, including scope, timelines, and cost governance.
\
3. Overseeing procurement, supplier management, and subcontractor performance.
\
4. Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
\
5. Conducting site inspections and managing site handovers.
\
6. Identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving value engineering initiatives.
\
7. Collaborating with internal teams, landlords, contractors, and global headquarters.
\
8. Continuously improving processes, sharing learnings for future projects.
\
9. Maintaining strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
\
10. Demonstrating agility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
\
11. Holding a degree in Construction Project Management (or relevant equivalent).
\
12. Gathering 5+ years of experience in delivering construction projects, preferably with a head contractor or client-side group.
\
13. Contributing to team success by delivering results-driven solutions.
\
14. Supporting the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
