Do you enjoy driving schedule discipline, coordinating cross-functional teams, and enabling successful delivery through structured project controls and planning processes?
This opportunity is focused on project scheduling and delivery planning for underground mining technology product development, supporting large-scale initiatives for a globally recognised organisation. You'll play a key role in building and maintaining integrated project schedules that drive visibility, accountability, and successful execution.
The role is based in Burnie, Tasmania and forms part of a distributed product development environment working across multiple locations in Australia, the US, and India.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules within project scheduling and project management systems
* Partner with Program Managers and delivery teams
* Facilitate project planning workshops and scheduling sessions
* Validate and maintain network diagrams and dependencies
* Analyse schedule performance and identify risks
* Lead schedule compression and integration activities
* Translate Work Breakdown Structures into actionable schedules
* Support governance forums and reporting
* Maintain project controls artefacts
* Prepare reporting and dashboards

* Demonstrated experience in project scheduling or project controls
* Strong experience developing integrated project schedules
* Solid understanding of scheduling principles
* Proficiency using project scheduling tools
* Strong analytical and communication skills

This role is based in Burnie, Tasmania and requires office attendance 5 days per week.
