Responsibilities and Qualifications
* 8-10 years of experience with strong Business Analysis skillset including requirement gathering, gap/impact analysis, and preparing high-quality requirement documents (BRD/FRD/Jira).
* Excellent stakeholder management, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive clarity in requirements.
* Works effectively as an individual contributor, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
* Understanding of financial products, Credit and Market risk domain data flows and Market data
* Strong SQL proficiency with ability to perform detailed data analysis and validation across complex systems.
* Experience working with upstream and downstream system landscapes, ensuring accurate data flow and impact assessment.
* Proven ownership of end-to-end release and change management activities.
