Overview
We are offering a six-month paid Transition to Practice Program for endorsed Enrolled Nurses in aged care. The program begins February **** and provides clinical support, education, and rotation across multiple lodges.
Program Details
6-month paid program commencing February ****.
Dedicated clinical support provided, including supernumerary time and education days.
7-day rotating roster across all shifts.
Opportunity for ongoing part-time or full-time employment upon successful completion.
Work schedule of 48 hours per fortnight.
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based, high-quality care to aged-care patients.
Demonstrate excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Deliver consumer-centred care in line with Barwon Health standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior staff to support patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, recently graduated.
Sound clinical knowledge and competency in aged-care nursing.
Current influenza vaccination *****) and ability to provide evidence.
Valid immunisation status and Staff Care clearance.
