Overview
We're currently seeking a Lease Administration Associate for an exciting opportunity with a government client. This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
Responsibilities
* Compile and manage lease property data for account stakeholders
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Oversee and assist in abstracting new retail leases
* Perform document management of all current retail leases
* Review and reconcile landlord invoices and rental payments
* Manage lease administration workflows through PEGA system
* Maintain data integrity and compliance across portfolio systems
* Assist the broader Lease Administration team where required
Qualifications
* University graduate (Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Property Law) OR at least 2 years relevant working experience
* Demonstrated leasing or property administration experience and ability to understand commercial contracts
* Robust accounting and reconciliation skills
* Problem‐solving abilities for resolving landlord queries and discrepancies
* Prior experience with spreadsheets and financial based programs
* Experience with lease administration systems
