What You Will Be Doing:
* Lead daily community support and transport service operations
* Coordinate and supervise Support Workers and Volunteers, including onboarding, rostering and performance
* Support recruitment of staff and volunteers in collaboration with internal teams
* Ensure accurate and efficient rostering aligned to customer needs, workforce capability and service priorities
* Monitor service delivery to ensure high quality, safe and consistent outcomes
* Identify service improvements, workforce trends and operational efficiencies
* Contribute to policy, procedure and continuous improvement initiatives
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, volunteers, customers, families and external stakeholders
