Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and quote cleaning tenders and proposals;
* Attend meetings and site visits to understand client needs;
* Support contract mobilisation and client onboarding;
* Build strong relationships to support repeat business;
* Represent the company at events and in the community.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development or B2B sales;
* A background in commercial cleaning or facilities management;
* Experience quoting government tenders;
* Confidence speaking with decision-makers;
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
* A results-driven mindset with resilience under pressure;
* Skills in LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and sales tools.
