Logistics Coordinator – Fast-Paced Role | Immediate Start

As our business continues to grow across Australia, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team immediately.
This is a fast‐paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be the central link between our customers, delivery teams, warehouses, events, and suppliers, ensuring every order reaches our customers smoothly and on time.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you'll take ownership of our national logistics operations, coordinating deliveries, freight, stock movement, travel bookings, and event logistics.
You'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping drive operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule customer deliveries across Australia
Ensure customer payments are received for all deliveries
Manage freight bookings and transport logistics
Monitor stock levels across multiple warehouse locations
Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates
Coordinate event logistics including bump‐ins and bump‐outs
Organise accommodation, flights, vehicle hire, and travel arrangements for field teams
Work closely with warehouse, sales, customer service, and operations teams
Assist with container arrivals, stock allocation, and inventory management
Coordinate third‐party delivery and maintenance providers
Identify and resolve logistics issues before they impact customers
Provide support to the Customer Service team when required
About You
You are highly organised, solutions‐focused, and thrive in a busy environment where attention to detail matters.
You'll ideally bring:
Strong administration and coordination experience
Exceptional organisational and time‐management abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
High attention to detail
Confidence working with CRM systems and spreadsheets
A proactive, problem‐solving mindset
Highly Regarded
Experience in logistics, freight, warehousing, or supply chain coordination
Experience coordinating deliveries across multiple locations
Experience with Zoho CRM or similar systems
Experience supporting event operations or mobile retail businesses
