Key Responsibilities
* Determine service delivery project plans, costs, and resources, and manage projects using project‐management methodologies, principles, and techniques.
* Enhance the design and development of system software and develop clear system specifications using data and process‐modeling techniques.
* Identify and assess inefficiencies and make recommendations to optimise business practices and system functionality.
* Guide and assist in the system project decision‐making process.
* Deploy functional solutions to users, including the creation, adoption, and implementation of system testing plans to maintain the integrity and quality of service delivery projects.
* Determine, review, and analyze business processes, procedures, and work practices.
* Develop user documentation and training manuals and deliver formal training courses.
* Assist system developers by creating functional specifications.
* Engage with users to gather and document business requirements.
Requirements
* A formal qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent practical expertise acquired through education, professional training, and/or relevant industry experience.
* Previous experience working as a Business Analyst in project delivery environments is desirable.
* Demonstrated capability in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation.
* Proven experience in facilitating workshops and effectively engaging stakeholders across both business and technical teams.
* Experience working within Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
* Ability to effectively manage competing priorities across multiple projects simultaneously.
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
