Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Administrator to join our growing team.

Whether you already have some office and accounts experience, or are looking to further develop your skills, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.
About the Role
* Raising and processing customer invoices
* Monitoring outstanding accounts and following up overdue payments
* Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
* Responding to customer account enquiries
* Assisting with company credit card reconciliations and expense processing
* Maintaining accurate customer and financial records
* Assisting with account reconciliations and reporting
* Supporting the wider accounts/administration team as required
About You
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous administration or accounts experience is desirable but not essential
