Key Responsibilities Insurance Product Development Develop and launch embedded a range of insurance products enhancing customer experience Loyalty & Customer Retention Design and evolve loyalty programs that increase engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value; collaborating with marketing & digital teams Non-Asset Based Income (NABI) Strategy Develop innovative revenue-generating products beyond traditional finance offerings. Build strategic partnerships with fintech, insurtech, and mobility providers. Product Innovation & Commercial Strategy Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and commercial assessments for new products and business opportunities & present recommendations to Senior Leadership. Support growth across captive and non-captive markets while maximising product penetration and customer adoption. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in product development, product management, strategy, or commercial leadership within financial services, insurance, automotive finance, banking, fintech, or related sectors. Strong understanding of insurance products, loyalty programs, or ancillary revenue streams. Demonstrated ability to take products from concept through to launch and optimisation. Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical and business case development skills. A customer-first mindset combined with a strategic and innovative approach.
