Chempro Aged Care Chemist is seeking an enthusiastic and highly communicative
Customer Service Pharmacist
to join our dedicated aged care team based in Bundall. This unique role is ideal for a pharmacist with exceptional interpersonal skills who enjoys building strong professional relationships and is looking for a rewarding career path outside the traditional retail environment.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Pharmacist, you will manage a portfolio of residential aged care homes and act as the primary point of contact for facility management teams. Your work will directly support resident care, clinical governance, and the high service standards Chempro Aged Care is known for.
Managing and nurturing relationships with assigned residential aged care homes
Liaising closely with facility management and reporting back to internal pharmacy operations meetings
Coordinating and running onsite vaccination clinics
Responding to queries from aged care residents and their families
Attending regular facility management meetings
Conducting medication management audits and clinical reviews
Providing onsite pharmacist services within residential aged care facilities
Travelling between several locations across South East QLD and Northern NSW (company vehicle provided)
Skills & Attributes
Is a registered pharmacist with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Can work independently and proactively manage their workday
Is motivated to ensure a high standard of service and client satisfaction
Maintains a well-organised schedule for meetings, tasks, and client follow-ups
Is flexible with time and travel to meet facility needs
Has excellent problem-solving ability and a professional, reliable manner
