Your new role
As the National Sales Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and operational management of the Sales Department. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting national market and technology research.
* Developing and executing strategies for sales growth.
* Overseeing distribution channels and new product development.
* Managing departmental budgets and staff performance.
* Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team.
* Driving regional sales growth across Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, and PNG.
* Launching new products and creating market opportunities.
* Monitoring competitor activity and reporting monthly insights.
* Managing customer relationships and distributor development.
* Planning and executing marketing activities including trade shows and product training.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
* Supporting negotiations and trading terms with customers.
