What will you do?
* Establish and maintain a periodic Commercial Performance reporting suite for internal and external stakeholders
* Deliver actionable insights weekly to support business partnering and operational excellence
* Analyse guest spending, revenue trends, and operational performance using POS data
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as Product Profitability, Labour Margins, and F&B sales
* Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to provide insights into pricing, product offerings, and labour strategies
* Conduct ad hoc analysis with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
More about you
* Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
* Proficiency using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and SQL
* Strong understanding of revenue and cost drivers within a commercial environment
* Ability to collaborate across teams and act as a trusted business partner
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Familiarity with systems such as SwiftPOS and SCM is desirable
