The Role
Your suitability for the role will depend on your proven experience as a Customer Service Admin, with key responsibilities including:
Handle incoming calls and correspondence efficiently.
Prioritize and manage current job requests promptly.
Coordinate work orders for Make-Safes and specialized reports.
Prepare detailed reports for submissions and approvals.
Coordinate work orders for specialist reports and follow up on outstanding specialist reports.
Authorize Make-Safe and STRs within approved limits and initiate approval requests for finance.
Manage appointments and scheduling for Supervisors/Estimators.
Ensure timely completion of re-attendance inspections.
Provide daily updates to insurers and clients.
Maintain thorough knowledge of insurer policy booklets.
Assist with general administration tasks as needed.
