The opportunity
Step into a dynamic, fast‐paced role where you'll be at the centre of daily operations, supporting our Finance team and collaborating across Sales and Operations. From managing customer enquiries to processing orders and invoices, you'll play a critical role in keeping things running smoothly while delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.

Experience required
* Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or finance support role (2+ years preferred).
* Experience with order processing, invoicing or debtor management is advantageous.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Sage Evolution) is desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
