Drive solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Mentor and guide functional consultants and analysts
Ensure governance, best practices, and system integrity are maintained
Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You're a seasoned Workday professional with strong functional leadership experience and a passion for delivering high-quality system solutions.
* 6+ years of experience working within the Workday ecosystem
* Proven experience as a Functional Lead or Senior Consultant
* Workday Certifications (e.g. HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, or similar)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience delivering end-to-end Workday implementations or major transformations
* Ability to lead workshops, design sessions, and solution architecture discussions
Highly Regarded
* Experience in large-scale or multi-country deployments
* Exposure to Workday integrations or reporting/analytics
* Consulting background or client-facing experience
