Duties and Responsibilities:

* Delivering Exams: Delivers high-stake exams to professionals and industries through a worldwide network of test centres.
* Exam Procedures: Empowers millions of people to get their certifications and licenses in almost every industry.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Candidate Service: Providing exceptional customer service and a secure exam delivery environment.
* Testing Procedures: Complying with all testing procedures and strictly adhering to company policies.
* Verification: Checking and verifying candidate's identification against test registration; and helping them to set up for the test.
* Proctoring: Explaining the exam procedures and proctoring/invigilating candidates while testing.
* Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting with internal departments to fix any technical issues.
* Policy Breaches: Escalating any policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel.
* Maintenance: Completing light housekeeping duties such as sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination schedule.
