Key Responsibilities
* Deliver holistic, evidence-based nursing interventions to patients and their carers within an acute mental health setting.
* Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial risk assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with recovery goals.
* Support group and individual therapeutic programs designed to enhance patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation, communication, and clinical handover processes in accordance with organizational policies.
* Collaborate with the SECU multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe, supportive environment that promotes reduced restrictive practices.
* Participate in supervision, student support, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.
