Your New Role
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administration department and staff members
- Assessing Admin Team performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Provide high quality, confidential, administrative service to consumers and staff
- Working with and helping other departments to provide essential office support services
- Deliver high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholders at all times
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Mandarin speaking desired
- Experience in a similar role
