Rikama Education Ltd. is currently working with a new SEN school in Cranbrook that is looking for a number of SEN Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary learners with ASD. These positions are to start as soon as possible, with the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate after the initial period.
The school offers excellent new facilities on an extremely large site and educates and cares for students (mixed boys and girls) aged from 4 to 17 with complex needs who are on the autistic spectrum. All roles may require the completion of personal care.
Responsibilities
* Support students ages 4–17 with a range of individual needs including learning difficulties, ASD, and challenging behaviour.
* Provide support on a 1‐to‐1 or small group basis.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
