* Develop high‐quality study deliverables to support governance and investment decisions
* Ensure alignment with project delivery standards, stage‐gate processes and governance requirements
* Engage with site stakeholders to understand operational challenges and key study/project objectives
* Manage engineering consultants and specialist providers to deliver on package scope, quality, schedule and budget
* Develop study plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements
* Identify and manage risks across technical, operational and delivery aspects
* Ensure solutions consider constructability, maintainability and operational integration
* Support smooth handover to execution teams with well‐defined project scopes

About You

You bring a strong understanding of engineering study and project lifecycle processes, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, manage and derisk inherent ambiguity through study stages, and deliver practical solutions. You have strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, along with experience reviewing technical documentation and navigating project risk and stage‐gate frameworks.

A confident communicator, you build effective stakeholder relationships across technical and operational teams. Proactive, organised and outcomes‐focused, you demonstrate a curious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement. You thrive in fast‐paced environments, maintaining adaptability, resilience and a high attention to detail, and work effectively both independently and within cross‐functional teams.

Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Process or similar)
* Experience in mining, mineral processing, heavy industry or infrastructure
* Exposure to engineering studies, project engineering or capital project delivery
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and operational stakeholders
