* Full time contract opportunity until 25th September 2026, based in Balcatta
* Salary: up to $53 per hour plus 12% Super
* Provide administrative, technical and customer support for the Meter Reading Program
About the role
You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and field staff to ensure accurate meter readings, resolve anomalies, and support smooth billing processes.
What the role will involve
* Provide business and administrative support to the Metering Services team
* Review and action meter reading data anomalies, invalid readings, and overdue work orders
* Investigate meter issues, engage with customers when required, and document findings
* Provide reporting and updates to leaders and internal stakeholders (including SAP-related reporting)
* Assist regional teams with meter reading slips and supporting information
* Support the wider business units, and field contractors with metering-related enquiries
* Contribute to process improvement and customer‐focused operational initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will have
* Experience in a large customer‐focused organisation providing admin and reporting support
* Strong customer service experience, including handling enquiries and investigations
* Ability to support field‐based or operational activities
* Working knowledge of corporate systems (SAP highly desirable)
* Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of meter reading processes
