Ocean Edge Plumbing is looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber / Machine Operator to join our growing team.
We work across commercial, civil, and remote projects, so this role suits someone who is hands‐on, takes pride in their work, and is confident both on the tools and around machinery.
About the role
This position involves a mix of plumbing, drainage, civil works, and machinery operation. Work includes local projects as well as some remote work when required.
Responsibilities
* General plumbing and drainage works
* Civil and underground service installations
* Operating machinery including excavators, posi track, and trucks
* Assisting with trenching, pipework, stormwater, and sewer installs
* Working as part of a team on commercial and civil job sites
* Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
What we're looking for
* Machinery operating experience essential
* Civil experience highly regarded
* HR licence required
* Excavator, posi track, and truck experience preferred
* Drainer or plumber qualification is a bonus
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Strong work ethic and good attitude
* Willingness to do local and remote work
