The Role
Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Marketing and the broader team, you will provide operational, communications and administrative support across fundraising initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of campaigns, donor engagement and communications. Duties will include:
* Support donor engagement through email communications and donor services.
* Provide financial administration support, including invoicing and receipting.
* Manage and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Assist in the creation of fundraising collateral and communications materials.
* Manage social media platforms and schedule engaging content.
* Support e‐newsletter development and distribution.
Skills Required
You will bring experience within fundraising, marketing or communications, ideally within a not‐for‐profit environment, and be able to demonstrate:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience supporting fundraising campaigns or donor engagement activities.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office suite and SharePoint.
* High attention to detail including processing financial information.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp) is highly regarded.
