WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is offering an outstanding career opportunity in one of its highly desirable regions – the Great Southern Region.
Currently we are seeking a self‐driven, dynamic and experienced healthcare manager to provide effective clinical leadership, strategic planning and operational management of Seniors Health and Community Rehabilitation.
Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 09/11/2025, with the possibility of extension(s).
About the Role
This role is responsible for:
* Leading the development of public seniors health services and facilitating partnerships in the delivery of services to seniors in the region.
* Coordinating seniors health services including community rehabilitation programs to ensure that a high standard of service delivery across the care continuum is achieved and monitored.
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
