We are currently seeking experienced professionals to lead design and documentation teams on a number of these projects.
The preferred candidate will have very strong design and technical documentation skills including extensive on site and contract administration experience.
They will have the ability to motivate and lead project teams in the delivery of high quality, design focused projects from inception to completion.

* Responsibility for full life cycle of large scaleprojects
* Manage and delver technical project documentation utilising Autodesk Revit software.

About you
We look forward to welcoming someone who can contribute to our company culture in addition to:
* Strong real world knowledge of design, detailing, building materials, construction techniques, costs and relevant building legislation
* Registered Architect or multi-year experienced architectural graduate.
* Minimum 5 to 10+ years in design development, documentation, construction phase and design detailing for large scale projects
* Strong technical skills in Autodesk Revit, with minimum 5+ years experience and ability to manage BIM projects across full consultant teams
* Demonstrable ability to harness cutting edge AI tools in producing high quality design and presentation outputs
* Ability to work well as part of ateam or autonomously
* Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative working
* Ability to create, nurture and grow client relationships
