We are looking to connect with Intermediate or Senior Civil Designer with strong Sydney experience, excellent communication skills, and a drive to help build long-term client relationships.
This is a unique opportunity to join an established engineering consultancy who has successfully expanded across numerous locations in New Zealand in less than a decade.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and deliver civil design packages across land development, urban development, commercial and industrial projects with the support of an Associate and a Senior Engineer
* Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, constraints and deliverables.
* Produce high-quality documentation for DA, tender, and construction phases.
* Maintain strong relationships with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
* Contribute to repeat business through quality delivery and client satisfaction.
* Take an active role in shaping project workflows, design standards and collaboration practices as the team grows.
What we're looking for:
* Intermediate or Senior Civil Designer with strong experience in the Sydney market.
* Solid background in subdivisions, built form or greenfield development.
* Competent in civil design software (12d, Civil 3D or similar).
* Confident communicator with the ability to work directly with clients.
* Someone who enjoys autonomy and being part of a growing, relationship-driven consultancy.
* Motivated, proactive and aligned with helping build a long-term Sydney presence.
