Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service
* Operate and troubleshoot gaming machines, Keno & TAB
* Accurately handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
* Ensure the venue is clean, protected, and welcoming
* Comply with all RSA and RCG legislative requirements
The ideal candidates will have:
* A bright, positive attitude and team spirit
* Previous experience in gaming operations
* Bar experience
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Strong personal presentation and reliability
* Current RSA and RCG certificates
