Client Details We're partnering with a growing, project-driven mining organisation to find a high-energy Recruitment Coordinator to join their internal HR team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting large-scale workforce delivery across both blue- and white-collar positions, working closely with Hiring Managers across multiple sites. Description Reporting into the HR team, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a dynamic portfolio of roles. You'll partner with hiring managers, support workforce planning, and deliver high-volume recruitment across ongoing and new projects. You'll work alongside an existing recruiter, sharing responsibility across roles, while bringing structure, efficiency, and strong process discipline to the function. Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue- and white-collar roles Deliver high-volume hiring outcomes (~10 roles per month) Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs Support workforce planning across active and upcoming projects Run job briefs, advertising (Seek), sourcing, screening and shortlisting Pre-qualify candidates quickly and effectively in a fast-moving environment Maintain accurate candidate tracking (Excel ATS) Collaborate with HR Admin on onboarding, mobilisation, and pre-employment processes Balance strong stakeholder engagement with efficient delivery Profile You're a driven and organised recruiter who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
