Job Title: Care Manager
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary care team and drive the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused home care services. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing management of tailored care services across multiple retirement villages.
As a Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's care strategy and ensuring that care services are delivered to the highest standard. You will work closely with Village Managers, care teams, families, and external providers to achieve this goal.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and experience in managing budgets, resourcing, and service quality. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.

Travel between village locations in Central Coast & Northern Sydney is required, with a car allowance provided. Must have own driving license and vehicle.
