Role Overview
* Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring every interaction is genuine and memorable
* Oversee high-volume stock management and ensure seamless store operations
* Maintain strong visual merchandising standards, keeping the store looking sharp and on-brand
* Manage rostering and workforce planning to maximise store performance
* Take accountability for store results, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Desired Experience
* Previous experience as a Store Manager in the Retail or Hospitality industry
* Background in outlet or high-volume retail environments
* Experience with delivering results against sales targets and KPIs
* Strong leadership capability with experience developing and coaching teams
* Confident in stock management, VM execution, and operational processes
* Skilled in rostering and driving team productivity
