An exciting opportunity now exists for a Finance Administrator to join the team, supporting the financial operations of Majestic Hotels & Apartments and associated entities at a pivotal time of continued growth and development.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining financial records and supporting reporting requirements across the group. This position will contribute to month‐end processes, banking and reconciliations, compliance obligations and financial administration, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to support effective financial management across a multi‐site environment.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in finance or accounts administration, with a strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes and relevant legislative requirements. You will be highly organised, detail‐oriented and capable of managing competing priorities, with strong systems skills and a proactive, solutions‐focused approach. Experience within hospitality or a multi‐site environment will be highly regarded.
