A national aviation organization seeks an experienced Enterprise Network Modernisation Programme Manager.
This role involves developing a training strategy to prepare staff for significant organisational changes.
* Developing a comprehensive training plan to support staff through change management
* Leading workshops and seminars on leadership development
* Evaluating programme effectiveness and providing recommendations for improvement
Candidates must have extensive experience in training leaders and hold a relevant Certificate IV in Training & Assessment qualification.
The position offers a competitive remuneration package and flexibility to work from home two days per week.
