Senior Plumbing Accounts & Office Administrator
Titan Plumbing and Roofing is looking for a motivated and organised Accounts & Office Administrator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the plumbing, construction, or trades industry who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment and can confidently manage accounts duties while also supporting day‐to‐day office operations.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business long term and become an important part of our team.
About the Role
This position will primarily focus on accounts administration and debt collection, while also assisting with general office management and administration tasks.
Responsibilities
* Accounts receivable and debt collection
* Invoicing completed works and processing deposits
* Assisting with accounts payable
* Answering client calls and booking plumbing jobs
* Responding to emails from clients and real‐estate agents
* Assisting with scheduling and ensuring jobs run smoothly
* Electronic and manual filing
* Maintaining accurate records and general administration support
* Assisting the Director and General Manager with day‐to‐day tasks
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an accounts or administration role is essential.
Please note: We will only consider applicants with previous experience in the plumbing, roofing, construction, or trades industry.
The successful applicant will have:
* Strong accounts administration and debt collection experience
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* High attention to detail
* A confident and professional phone manner
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Experience using Xero preferred
* Tradify experience will be highly regarded (bonus points!)
* A proactive attitude with strong initiative
* A reliable and professional work ethic

Hours
Monday to Friday
Either:
8:30am – 4:30pm
or
7:30am – 3:30pm
