Job Description
About the role: You will be entrusted with the dealership and, most importantly, with our most valued clients.
* Actively follow up on customer queries and anticipate their needs.
* Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products.
* Drive sales, upsell, and meet monthly targets. Keep data history on our software system.
* Deliver vehicles.
* Provide post-delivery support.
* Demonstrate our values and support behaviours.
