Bopp & Tone by Applejack Hospitality is on the lookout for a new Restaurant Manager to join our family.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all day-to-day operations of the restaurant and its staff.
* Serve as the point of contact for client and guest relations.
* Lead and manage a small team, maintaining high standards of service.
* Ensure smooth service and consistency in guest experience, including managing daily KPIs.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing in a busy restaurant.
* Ability to lead and work in a small team with strong customer service skills.
* Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food.
* Sound financial and business acumen; ability to work under pressure.
* Flexible rosters and the ability to keep the team motivated and exceeding KPIs.
Remuneration and Benefits
* Starting salary - $80,000 based on experience for Managers; $85,000 to $110,000+ for General/Senior Managers.
