Overview
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Administration Officer will provide administrative and finance support within a busy industrial and site-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process bulk payroll entries and timesheets accurately and within deadlines
2. Raise and reconcile supplier purchase orders and invoices
3. Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and site documentation
4. Provide administrative support to operational and site teams
5. Work closely with blue collar employees and supervisors within an industrial environment
6. Manage large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
7. Utilise advanced Excel functions including XLOOKUPs, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS and Pivot Tables
8. Follow up and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner
9. Ensure compliance with company procedures and site requirements
10. Support continuous improvement and productive administrative processes
Requirements
11. Previous experience in mining, industrial or site administration roles preferred
12. Strong payroll, invoicing and reconciliation experience
13. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
14. Excellent communication and organisational skills
15. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
16. Reliable transport and ability to work onsite in Karratha
