The Role As a Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth of our club while inspiring healthier lifestyles in the community. Your main responsibilities will include: Connecting with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and guiding them to the perfect membership option. Actively promoting our club to the local community through events, networking, strategic outreach, and business partnerships. Creating engaging content and leveraging social platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and promote the club. Drive membership growth, building strong relationships with potential and existing members, and ensuring an exceptional gym experience. Develop and execute sales strategies, manage leads, conduct tours, and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue goals. Motivate members to join and stay engaged in their health journey. Must have experience in completing call drives, driving lead generation, thrives on the hustle of getting a sale over the line and achieving set targets.
