* Support the sales team in crafting compelling client solutions that meet technical standards.
* Develop strong relationships with clients through high-quality communication and exceptional service delivery.
* Prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates to secure new business opportunities.
* Convert complex data into actionable formats for production and installation.
Solution Development & Data Preparation
* Produce internal documentation and artwork briefs for suppliers and production teams.
* Perform data validation and preparation in Excel to ensure precise quoting and accurate labeling.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or pre-sales roles, preferably within warehousing, logistics, or related industries.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
This role demands a balance of sales acumen, technical understanding, and industry knowledge in warehousing and logistics. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client support are essential.
A deep understanding of solution-based selling and the ability to identify value for clients is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, be self-driven with a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
