About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Condominium Manager to oversee the smooth operation of condominium communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional service to condominium owners and residents, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
* Organize and attend Board meetings, record minutes, and chair annual general meetings as needed, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the condition of properties and complete monthly manager reports to highlight key issues and recommendations.
* Draft and manage budgets for operating and reserve funds, working closely with stakeholders to ensure financial stability and growth.
* Manage projects and emergencies efficiently, overseeing contractors and contracts to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
* Administer financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, reviewing and coding invoices, to maintain accurate records and optimize financial performance.
