Position Profile
This exciting new opportunity is based at Waikiki Private Hospital where, under SMHS governance, RkPG will be managing a 20 bed ward for 6 months in line with the 2026 Winter Bed Strategy.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team and reporting to the onsite Consultant Geriatrician as Registrar General Medicine, you will provide clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence‐based care is delivered to patients.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical and professional expertise to patients in a 20 bed ward setting.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, evidence‐based care.
* Report to the on‐site Consultant Geriatrician as required.
Qualifications
* Current, valid email address for online application.

Eligibility & Conditions
* Proof of right to work in Australia for the duration of the contract.
* Western Australian Working With Children (WWC) Check required.

* Eligibility for a fixed‐term appointment to the Western Australian public sector.
