Job Overview
The ATO is seeking individuals to fill Service Delivery Officer positions in its Frontline Operations group.
Duties may include:
* Assisting clients through various channels to help them meet taxation, superannuation, and registration obligations.
* Understanding individual client circumstances and providing tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policy, and procedures.
* Engaging in conversations to support and facilitate clients' payment, lodgment, and registration outcomes.
* Navigating challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism.
Roles will require working within a contact centre environment, providing service to clients between 7am and 7pm.
You will deliver solutions that shape client behavior and encourage participation in the taxation and superannuation systems.
You will build relationships while making informed decisions to resolve enquiries. You'll maintain accurate records by applying relevant policy and procedures.
You will work as part of a team to collaboratively resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
