We're looking for a hands-on Business Manager to lead our Fremantle venue. Someone who can run a tight operation, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Fox in a Box is one of the world's leading escape room brands, with 24 locations globally and a rapidly growing presence in Australia. Our Perth venue is already performing strongly - now we want to take it to the next level.
This is not a passive management role.
You'll own the venue.

What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Driving Performance
Own venue performance against revenue and profit targets
Monitor bookings, conversion rates, and utilisation
Identify opportunities to increase sales and efficiency
2. Leading the Team
Recruit, train, and develop a high-energy team of Game Masters
Set standards and hold the team accountable
Build a culture people actually want to be part of
3. Operational Excellence
Ensure every customer experience is flawless
Oversee daily operations, bookings, and scheduling
Maintain the venue to a high visual and functional standard
Identify issues before they become problems
Improve systems, processes, and customer flow
Bring ideas - and execute them
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes ownership.
You'll likely have:
Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or operations
Strong commercial awareness (you understand numbers)
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
A natural eye for detail and presentation
Confidence to make decisions and solve problems quickly
Handy / practical (fixing things, improving spaces)
Creative and think differently
High energy and thrive in fast-paced environments
