Territory Sales Manager
Wagners is looking for an ambitious and driven sales person to join our high achieving Concrete team at Carrara.
The role is part of a collaborative team delivering quality products and great service to a growing customer base. The sales team works hand in hand with our production and technical teams to ensure that customer experience is managed positively and expectations are exceeded.

What you'll be doing
* Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends and promote growth
* Build productive relationships and identify opportunities to supply Wagners’ products
* Develop and maintain structured sales plans for key accounts
* Build brand loyalty and maximise business potential
* Achieve established sales KPIs across your area of responsibility
What you'll bring
* High level of written and authentic verbal communication
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Flexibility, adaptability and versatility of approach to handle changing work requirements and competing priorities
* Natural ability to establish and manage working relationships with customers, management team and employees
* Concrete industry experience or similar is preferred but not essential
