* Assist in internal communications platforms that keep employees informed and up to date on the latest news by considering context, channel, and audience.
* Support external communications like social media content scheduling, updates, and engagement reporting.
* Shadow team members on branding photography and videography initiatives and campaigns—seeing how it all comes together behind the scenes.
* Contribute to exciting global marketing campaigns and shape the future of Sedgman's branding.
* Master editing skills and develop technical competencies in tools such as photo and design editing, SharePoint and content hub administration, and website content management.
* Become part of a large, connected CIMIC Group graduate cohort, with networking opportunities, professional development days, and exciting social events.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Commerce is desirable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work safely and effectively without supervision.
* Excellent time management and self‑organisation skills.
* Enthusiasm, passion and a creative eye.
