Role Overview
Vinnies Victoria is currently looking for a talented Retail Duty Manager to join our vibrant team at Geelong West. In this role, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are passionate about giving back to their communities. The shop offers a unique and exciting leadership opportunity for a retail superstar.
Responsibilities
* Lead the volunteer team to deliver a memorable experience for our customers
* Strive for, meet, and exceed sales targets
* Train and support our dedicated team of volunteers
Qualifications and Experience
* Retail management experience with a strong focus on people
* Proven retail sales experience with a drive to beat sales targets
